Armed Forces Day
Banbridge, Saturday 18th June 10am – 6pm
Armagh City, Banbridge, and Craigavon Borough Council would like to invite your charity to apply for a stall at the Armed Forces Day in Banbridge. We are very excited about this event and invite you to apply below. This invitation is specifically for your charity and is non-transferable.
This fun-filled event will have something for everyone and are being promoted on various channels including social media, newspapers, radio campaigns, flyers, and signage across the towns.
BNL Productions have been appointed by Armagh City, Banbridge, and Craigavon Borough Council to manage all stalls & charities at this event. This web page has been built to ensure you get the most up-to-date information available.
Successful applicants will be notified via email on Monday 2nd May 2022.
Armed Forces Day is an event that takes place annually and this year is scheduled for Banbridge on Saturday 18th June 2022. The event is a chance to show support for the men and women who make up the Armed Forces community: from currently serving troops to Service families, veterans and cadets. They work around the world, promoting peace and delivering aid, providing security and fighting terrorism.
The Banbridge event will comprise of activities for all the family including arena attractions, food stalls, military vehicles and aerial displays.
CHARITY APPLICATION FORM
Application for charity stalls at this event must be submitted via the online application below.
This application WILL REQUIRE a Google Account to complete it will ask you to upload documents and images. If you don’t have a Google account, you can create one by clicking here. You will be asked to upload the following documents so please ensure you have them at hand before starting the application process. Please also ensure you read and understand the Conditions of Entry and Selection Process before completing your application. This document has all the relevant information you will need to complete your application in full.
CHARITY REQUIREMENTS
Public Liability Insurance cover of a minimum of £5 million
Applications close on 26th April at 5pm, 2022

- Charities will be required to complete set up on the following days. Arrival slots will be allocated prior to the event
- Saturday 18th June, Banbridge Rugby Club
- Parking for one vehicle will be available on site, additional parking is available in Banbridge town centre.
- Strictly no vehicle movement is permitted while the event is open to the public.
- Stalls must be staffed and remain open until the event closes to the public.
- If you are successful you will receive a confirmation email including instructions
