Quizdom and Interactive Discussion Design

We like thinking outside the box. When it comes to meetings and discussions about important decision-making then why not use interactive techniques to stimulate thinking?

It was great to get chatting to the team at Antrim & Newtownabbey Borough Council that were thinking exactly the same thing. They had a series of workshops to deliver that explored Community development and the prioritising of initiatives and actions. Alison and her team were bursting with ideas of how this workshop could be innovative and interesting for all attendees of the session and we were all too glad to help with the production of resources for this.
We created a Qwizdom presentation that gathered the responses of all attendees, allowing the Council to quickly gather opinions for incorporation into reporting and future planning. For anyone that hasn’t used Quizdom before, it’s an interactive remote voting system. It’s a bit like “Ask the Audience” from “Who Wants to Be a Millionaire?”- well, aside from the £1,000,000 cash prize of course! We also designed and printed large PVC resources that were used during activities, getting attendees up on their feet to record and display their thoughts and ideas.

Going along to both session to set up the audio-visual equipment, we could see first hand the success of these resource when led by the talented facilitators at the  Antrim & Newtownabbey Borough Council. We hope to work with Alison and her team again soon!

We’ve said it before, and we’ll say it again- no idea is too big or small, we like to bring those visions into a reality, so give us a call if you have any ideas up your sleeve and we’d be happy to help!
