Working Together and Marketing Your Videos
We know that there is more to a flashy video than, well, a flashy video. Which is why, coupled with our experience, we have thought very carefully about this special offer.
It’s not just a video package. In fact, we are offering a low cost video marketing solution to local, independent businesses with a solid presence on at least two social media platforms. We aim to support you with how you share these videos and videos in the future too. This is why it is a video marketing solution.
How it Will All Work
We’ve worked hard over the last few months to develop a package that offers professional videos for a fraction of the cost. And it’s all down to our step by step approach.
Firstly, you will get a 30 minute meeting via Zoom or phone with a Project Manager to discuss business and what your aims are for the video. It’s an opportunity for our team to work closely with you to get to the heart of what you do. We will work with you to come up with an idea and how best we can approach it. This includes who will be in it and what products or services you want to showcase. We’ll be filming with you in June, July or August, so we can also discuss what month or day of the week works best for you.
Social Media Workshop
Secondly, you will be offered a 1 hour video workshop along with other businesses to learn how to distribute videos for maximum exposure. Distribution and engagement is essential to making your videos a success and having new and existing customers engage with you; otherwise it’s like shouting into a cave; A very dark and empty cave!
When it Comes to Filming
Thirdly, is the filming. After our initial meeting and with a clear idea for the final 2-3 minute promotional video and micro content, we will arrange to come to your business to film for 2 hours. All we ask is that you are fully prepared for us by knowing who is going to be in the videos; for example any one that might want to talk about the business (limit this to one person) or anyone in the background. Be that customers, or friends or family. As well as this, if you showcase a product such as new tasty food you have to offer, you have to provide everything at no cost to us.
Working Towards a Finished Product
Once the filming is finished and is shaped to what we planned beforehand, our editing team will cut together your 2-3 minute video. We’ll then send this to you via the online video platform via a secure private link. As you’ll get one set of amendments included you can make any suggestions directly on the video via the review function on ‘Vimeo’. This will give us the time codes of any changes you want to make.
Finally, once you’re happy with your 2-3 minute video we will shape your micro content going through the same process. Micro content are 10-15 second ‘call to action’ videos for social media and can be used for lots of things. For example, you can promote a product or service and invite viewers to “find out more” and include a link to a website. Or the micro content can be used as a way to promote the full video on a different platform. For instance, you may choose to have your full 2-3 minute video on Facebook or Instagram; then your micro content can direct followers on your other channels to the video. And, as you’ll have 4 pieces of micro content, you can release these videos weekly to keep your presence and drive focused.
